Q: How long will my order take to process?  

A: We ask for 72 business hours to process your order (not including weekends or holidays).  During excessively busy times (like large sales) please allow extra time for us to process.  

Q: What if my shipping costs you less than I paid?

A: If we find a discrepancy on your shipping charges in excess of $1 or more, in your favor, we will refund the difference at the time of shipping.  Since we do use flat rate options to ship as inexpensively as possible this does happen from time to time.
